Overall Flow

Rigging
1 a.) I will check the model PSD file.

After the check, further adjustments may be necessary to the file.

I will ask that you (client) request the artist who created the model to correct these, or that I will handle these correction/s. If I will make the adjustment, there will be extra costs depending on the complexity and size of the correction.

I will not take responsibility for the difference in art style.

Illustration and Rigging
1 b.) I will request the details for the model you have in mind. (Payment of at least 50%)

After checking the details, I will send updates for the sketches up to the final PSD file.
I will send the following progress. (Sketches/Draft > Lineart and Base Color > Shading)

Sketches/Draft - Initial illustration with regards to the details and specifications of the model you have in mind.

Lineart and Base Color - After settling in with the sketch you are satisfied, I will proceed to the lineart and base color of the model. Modifications such as changing the color of the model are still applicable.

Shading - Further coloring and detailing of the model. This is where you will see the rendered model and the final outcome of the model.

*Further adjustments or requests during or after the Lineart and Base Color process will incur additional costs.

2. Rigging Process (Payment of at least 50%)

The rigging will start when the files have been reviewed, and at least 50% of the total amount has been paid.

Once the project has started, major changes (Different hair color/style, clothes, body, etc.) can not be done.

There will be no refunds once the project has started.

3. Delivery of Finished Model  (Payment 100%)

Once the project has finished, the runtime files will be delivered after the total amount has been paid.

4. Final Adjustments/Requests

When the finished model has been delivered, you can request adjustments within the time period of 2 weeks for free. After 2 weeks, further adjustments require additional costs.

Requests such as additional expressions or accessories will be 50% off of the original price for the first 2 weeks. Further requests after 2 weeks will be of the original price.

(Please be aware that adjustments do not include new additions or major changes. This includes physic movements, mouth formation, animation speed, etc.)
